For movie night, looks like we may have 100 kids or so.
We will have a snack for the kids when they arrive (not much, just a bag of chips and fruit snack).
It is at the Stan Hagen Theatre on the North Island College adjacent to the Aquatic Centre.
We will have a chaperoned walk over from the pool leaving at 3:30, returning maybe 5:45ish or you can meet at the theatre at around 3:45.
Parents are welcome to attend. Swimmers can decide to come as well on the day of, we may run out of snacks but we will figure it out.

Right now Duncan is training at the Sports Centre Pool (3001 Vanier Dr) from 800-900 AM on Sunday. If anyone else would like to take advantage of the pool space work out pool space with Leanne :)
All 6 lanes are available. At 9am it opens to public, but feel free to use the hot tub and relax after practice.

12 & Under Movie Night - we will be hosting a movie night for the 12 & Under swimmers from 4:00-6:00 PM on Saturday at the Stan Hagen Theatre (less than 10 minute walk from pool)

13 & Over Practice Time - we will have lane space at the Comox Valley Sports Centre (5 min drive from Aquatic Centre) between 7:30-9:00 AM on Sunday morning

Volunteer Requests - If you have parents coming up to the meet please have them help out with volunteering on the weekend. We will probably need most help during the Saturday and Sunday afternoon (13&over) sessions.

The 2024 Vancouver Island Regional Short Course Championships are being held at the Comox Valley Aquatic Centre Fri Jan 26 - Sun Jan 28, 2024
Minimum 1 x VIR QT for entrance. VIR Qualifying Times will be released in the near future.
Please note: this is a Heats & Finals competition and it is expected by all to be in attendance for both sessions on the day(s) of commitment.
