In lieu of the DST Staff attending the ISC Bennett Cup, Swimmers will have a substitute Coach for the day BUT we will be downsizing to ONLY the swim session @ 815 - 1015am.
To clarify:
- NO dryland activity prior to the water session
- Water session is unaffected @ 815 - 1015am
