D Group Invite - only those who are VIR qualified or those who are close to qualifying are invited to attend long course training in Nanaimo. You will receive an INVITE EMAIL if your swimmer is invited to attend.
Long Course Training at NAC!
Swimmers in the A/B/C/D Groups are encouraged to attend Long Course training at the Nanaimo Aquatic Centre on (most) Sundays from 21jan2024 - 30jun2024 to prepare for the LC racing season.
TO NOTE: When Sun @ NAC is on, Sat @ CAC is canceled. It's one or the other! Please check the DST calendar for specific weekends that this extraordinary training is on.
