Long Course Training at NAC!
Swimmers in the B Group and those in C Group with a minimum Swim BC Divisionals QT are encouraged to attend Long Course training at the Nanaimo Aquatic Centre on (most) Sundays from 01may2022 - 03july2022. Please check the DST calendar for specific weekends that this extraordinary training is on.
To note: this Sun training session is in lieu of the regular Sat AM session at CAC. Swimmers are welcome to choose either training session.
