DST will be attending Fri & Sat only of the Bennett Cup. 2 reasons for doing as such:
- Timed Finals on Sunday for duplicate events from NRST (2wks prior) & Comox (1wk following)
- protect the week following's training as this is a mid cycle competition

Island Swimming Club has moved their ISC Bennett Cup to one weekend earlier Fri 11nov2022 - Sun 13nov2022.
Adjust your schedules as necessary!
The prestigious and fast ISC Bennett Cup will be held on Friday 18nov2022 - Sunday 20nov22 at the Saanich Commonwealth Place.
The competition typically has Time Standards equivalent to Swim BC Divisional level.
Please note that this is a Heats & Finals competition. Attendance can be to 1 or all 3 days but it is expected that the swimmers attend both sessions on the day(s) of attendance.
