DST has extended our competition to include a Distance Friday session!  

this adjustment was made in response to the Region's oversubscription of swimmers to available competitions which compromised the number of races at each Meet... we're just in THE best sport ever and everyone wants to join in with us!

SANCTIONED Meet Pkg will be posted shortly.

DST's Annual Winter Break Invitational is on! 

Saturday Dec. 17 - Sunday Dec. 18 2021.

This Meet is open to all members from D group and higher.  Those in the FUNdamentals & SwimActive are welcome to attend - please contact your Swimmer's Lead Coach to see if this is a good fit firstname@duncanstingrays.com

• those in the FUNdamentals and / or registered as a SwimBC "Non Competitive" swimmer are allowed 'one competitive opportunity per season'.  Please note that participation in this sanctioned competition will exhaust this one opportunity.  
  Your swimmer will need to upgrade their insurance to be eligible for further sanctioned competitions in the 2022/23 season at an additional cost.  Please contact our Team's Registrar Carrie for details
