All members of the A & B groups are encouraged to attend a Gym Assessment with DST Staff member Scott Noa, Athletic Therapist.

This is a 1hr session conducted at Scott's Road to Recovery gym 321 Coronation Ave, Duncan, BC

Both Swimmer + Parents are necessary to attend. Swimmer: please attend with appropriate gym attire.
